REFUND POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

REAPER Learn is operated by Reaper ("we", "us", "our"). We offer a 7-day refund policy on all paid subscriptions, subject to the usage conditions below. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within 7 days of your initial payment and have not exceeded our usage threshold, you may request a full refund.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You are eligible for a full refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • — Your refund request is made within 7 days of the initial subscription payment
  • — You have used less than 25% of your plan's included analyses since subscribing
  • — You have not previously received a refund for the same product
  • — Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service

3. USAGE THRESHOLD

The 25% usage threshold is applied as follows:

  • Free tier: Not applicable (no charge)
  • Reaper tier ($8/month, 150 analyses/day): Eligible if fewer than 37 total analyses used since subscription start
  • Reaper Pro tier ($39/month, 1,000 analyses/day): Eligible if fewer than 250 total analyses used since subscription start

We verify usage automatically from our system logs. If your usage exceeds the 25% threshold, we may offer a pro-rated credit at our discretion rather than a full refund.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • — Renewal payments (after the initial 7-day window)
  • — Accounts where usage has exceeded 25% of the plan allowance
  • — Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • — Partial months of service after cancellation

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • — Your registered email address
  • — The date of your payment
  • — Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)

We will review your usage and process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor.

6. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically issue a refund for the current period. To cancel, use the link in your Paddle billing confirmation email or contact us at [email protected].
